When searching for your dream home, it’s important to be well informed of the Real Estate market. To help you with this process, consider the following factors: What features do you require in a home to satisfy your lifestyle now? Five years from now? Will your needs change? What’s your budget? These are decisions only you can make, but I will do everything possible to match you with your dream home.

There are many reasons to use an agent when making a property purchase.  Often, by the time a buyer without an agent sees a MLS® listing online and calls the agent, the property is already under contract.  This is because MLS® listings are available to REALTORS® and their clients to view days before the public.  If you’re not already working with an agent, I can gather your criteria - what you want in a home (number of bedrooms, square footage, price, age, desired area(s), etc), and have my computer system automatically email you all current listings that match your criteria as well as all new listings that match your criteria as soon as they are listed - so you get to see new listings as soon as REALTORS® get to see them.  The listings that you’ll receive via this email service have far more information about each property than you would find on any public site, such as REALTOR.ca.  You don’t get any form of junk mail, and you can unsubscribe anytime. There's no obligation associated with this service other than letting me know when you see a property that interests you so that I can get more info for you and/or arrange a viewing.
