He returns calls and emails promptly and knows the market so well he can almost always answer specific questions regarding other homes for sale or sold in your neighbourhood from memory. If he doesn't know the answer, he will find out and get back to you. If you want flattery and an initially inflated recommended list price, feel free to pay more for it.
